The Second Chance Project: Accountability, restoration, and rebuilding
Discover my journey of integrity, hard work, and service. Learn how accepting responsibility and moving forward can lead to a stronger future, and why every challenge is an opportunity for growth.

My commitment to accountability and growth
The Second Chance Project is about accountability, restoration, and rebuilding a life through integrity, hard work, and service. After dedicating more than 35 years to housing, real estate, and community development, I made a serious mistake during one of the most difficult periods of my personal life. I accepted responsibility for my actions and have committed myself to making things right.

Moving forward with honesty and purpose
This project represents my determination to move forward with honesty, fulfill my legal obligations, rebuild my professional career, and continue serving the communities that have shaped my life's work. It is not about asking people to ignore my past—it is about demonstrating that people can learn, grow, accept responsibility, and earn the opportunity to build a better future.

Inspiring hope and fostering personal growth
My hope is that this project inspires others facing setbacks to never give up. Every person will face challenges in life, but those challenges do not have to define who they become. The Second Chance Project is for anyone who believes people are more than the worst mistake they have ever made. I hope it reaches employers, business leaders, housing professionals, friends, family, and members of the community who value accountability, integrity, and the opportunity for personal growth.
"Accountability is the foundation of true character, and every person has the capacity to rebuild a life through honesty, perseverance, faith, and service to others."
"Every day is another opportunity to rebuild trust through integrity, accountability, and service."
